Choosing the Right Lead Length.
1.5m Heeling Lead.
Available in 8mm and 12mm thicknesses.
Ou shortest Leads are designed specifically for your dog to remain under close control at heel, with little excess length.
Expect the lead to hang directly and vertically from you hand to your dog when they are at your side. Designed for heelwork training, close control in urban areas, and walking a pack of multiple dogs by your side.
1.7m Slip Lead.
Available in 16mm thicknesses.
The Guardian Lead in 1.7m is designed as a traditional slip lead, for a more loose and relaxed fit by those with immaculately trained gun dogs.
Also suitable as a heeling lead for the largest dogs with the biggest heads - for close control in busy areas.
3m Behaviourists Lead.
Available in 8mm and 12mm thicknesses.
Ou Behaviourists Lead is designed as a training lead with more length, for those handling one dog at a time and focusing on developing skills like lead sensitivity, impulse control, our ‘over under’ handling technique. The length gives much greater flexibility both as far as handling style, and for your dog to relax and get their nose to the ground.
3.7m Behaviourists Lead.
Available in 16mm thicknesses.
For those horse people amongst us, It’s like a lunge line but for your dog. Extra length to ensure suitability for even the biggest dogs.
