We know that many of our customers will want to try the leads on their dog - in which case please ensure that your return is clean and free of dog hairs. (This can be done easily with sticky tape). Worn, muddy and stained leads are not eligible for returns - so it is recommended that if you are testing a lead for fit, you do so indoors.
